- Collecting all necessary documents (certificate of ownership, extracts from the Commercial Register and other annexes to the contract)

Our services to interested person / Tenant:
- Consultation with interested person their requirements (personally, Skype, MS Teams or What's App meeting)
- Providing relocation services such as an orientation tour (sights, transport, medical facilities, offices), schools (visits to nurseries, schools) health centre (pediatrician, hospitals, daily care, emergency care) according to the wishes of the interested party (The price of this service is determined individually according to the request)
- Processing of real estate offers according to the requirements of the database and cooperating real estate agencies and companies
- Arranging property inspections in Czech and English languages, personally, Skype, MS Teams or What's App meeting
- Helping with the presentation to the landlord and getting indebtedness verification of the interested party
- Agreeing all terms of lease between the landlord and tenant (reservation and lease agreement)
- Preparing both drafts of the reservation and lease agreement, the handing protocol in Czech and English languages
- Recommending a lawyer to the interested party
- Collecting all necessary documents (extracts from the Commercial Register and other annexes to the leasing agreement)
- Assisting with the handing-over of the property
