Therefore, we will explain to you what personal data we collect, how we handle it, how long we keep it and what your rights are in relation to this data. RK MoWio s.r.o., ID: 1188 0856, with registered office at Evropska 657/120, 160 00 Prague 6, registered in the commercial register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague under file no. C 355825 (hereinafter referred to as "RK MoWio s.r.o.") is the responsible administrator of personal data and ensures compliance with all applicable laws and that your data is protected from misuse.


Collection and use of personal data

Personal data necessary to fulfill the obligations of RK MoWio s.r.o. as a person liable under Act No. 253/2008 Coll., on certain measures against the legalization of proceeds from criminal activity and the financing of terrorism (AML).

We will only use your personal data for the period necessary to achieve the purpose and legal obligations of RK MoWio s.r.o. for which they were collected, in accordance with Act No. 110/2019 Coll., on the processing of personal data as amended and the regulation of the European Parliament and the Council (EU) 2016/679 of April 27, 2016 (GDPR). During this time, RK MoWio s.r.o. reserves the right to extend for the purpose of destruction or anonymization by a maximum of 6 months.

Storage and protection of personal data

We will keep your personal data for the time necessary to achieve the processing purposes, unless we expect longer storage due to the fulfillment of legal obligations or legitimate interests. After this period, your personal data will be deleted or anonymized in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council.

To protect your personal data, we will apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to minimize the risk of its loss, misuse, unauthorized access or disclosure.

We will protect your personal data and prevent disclosure to third parties, except where disclosure is a legal obligation (e.g. law enforcement, courts, AML obligations).

Your rights

You have the right at any time to request information about what personal data we collect about you, as well as their correction, restriction of processing, deletion or portability in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council. You can also object to the processing of your personal data or file a complaint with the relevant supervisory body for personal data protection, which is the Office for Personal Data Protection with headquarters in Plk. Business communication

In the case of granting your consent in accordance with Act No. 480/2004 Coll., on certain services of information companies, as amended, RK MoWio s.r.o. to send commercial communications intended for direct or indirect support to your email address or telephone number in the future services and other activities provided by RK MoWio s.r.o.

Also in case of receiving your electronic contacts (email address, telephone number) in connection with the provision of our services, RK MoWio s.r.o. entitled to use the electronic contact received in this way for the purposes of disseminating commercial messages regarding our own services.

You always have the option to refuse consent to such use of your electronic contact in a simple way and free of charge by sending a written statement of your will to our email address info@mowio.cz. After receiving your objection, RK MoWio s.r.o. stops sending commercial messages and, if it has no other reason to keep your electronic contacts, it will delete them at the same time.
